Exhibitor Info

Who?: Anyone school age and up can enter in the fair. Even adults!
What?: Baking, crafts, photography, animals, gardening, flowers, & much more!
Where?: Webster fairgrounds, Webster, WI
When?: Friday September 20-Tuesday,September 24, 2024
Why?: It is a great way to show off your talents.  Receive ribbons
PLUS: there is prize money!
How?: Four (4) Easy Steps:

1) Pick up a free Fair Book (or click on Fair Book on the Menu above) or at the Larsen Family Library in Webster. (The Fair Book has all the information: rules, registration form, & the amount of prize money you could win!)
2) Register all your entries

3) Bring your entries to the Webster fairgrounds Thursday, September 19, 2024 from noon  until 7 p.m. (Judging takes place on Friday-Sunday) Exhibits must be in place with the proper departments by 7p.m. on Thursday
4) Take your entries home after 5 p.m., Sunday, September 22, 2024
*Look in the Fair Book for rules, entry forms, & premium amounts. Fair premium checks are mailed to the address on your entry form by October 5th.
5) Download Exhibitor-entry-form (1) and either email back to info@cbcfair.org or mail to

We have also installed a new drop box on the outside of the Fair Exhibit Building that you  candrop off entry forms at.

No new registrations accepted on entry day of the fair.
